Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Online Purchases
Online purchases refer to any items purchased directly from our website (www.dinerite.com.au). 
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE items) that is unused, in a sellable condition with it's original packaging. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftmanship or material also. Please contact us at info@dinerite.com.au to approve a return, we reserve the right to deny a refund to sender without prior written return approval. Only brand new items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 14 days of when it was delivered to you.  
All sale items are final, except for if flaws in workmanship are found and goods are in their original packaging. 
Offline Purchases 
As DineRite makes product sales in a variety of different sales situations, any offline purchases refer to any items purchased through our Pop Up Shops, Home Shows, Agricultural Shows, Expo Stands, Client Homes and via Phone. 
Our written purchase agreements for offline purchases are varied and subject to various legislation in Australia and New Zealand. All Terms and Conditions are set out in writing in our various purchase agreements entered into at the time of purchase between DineRite and the Purchaser. In addition, our Satisfaction Notes reconfirm that our Minimum Moisture method of cooking has been demonstrated and the food cooked has delighted the Purchaser, with both the taste of the food and the ease of this method of cooking. Because of our demonstrations provided, we do not sell our products on a trial and approval basis.
