Garlic Butter Scallops

You will need

28 cm large skillet

Ingredients

  • 12 scallops in the half shell
  • 50g of butter
  • Hand full of continental parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 large cloves garlic finely chopped
  • Salt flakes and freshly ground pepper to taste

Method

  1. Preheat oven and grill to 200 degrees celcius
  2. Combine butter, parsley and garlic.
  3. With a small spoon spread the butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
  4. Grill until the butter mixture is bubbling and slightly golden.
