Garlic Butter Scallops
You will need
28 cm large skillet
- 12 scallops in the half shell
- 50g of butter
- Hand full of continental parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 3 large cloves garlic finely chopped
- Salt flakes and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Preheat oven and grill to 200 degrees celcius
- Combine butter, parsley and garlic.
- With a small spoon spread the butter mixture evenly over the scallops.
- Grill until the butter mixture is bubbling and slightly golden.
