Our Warranty
The DineRite cooking system is guaranteed for a period of 20 years for the original purchaser only against defaults in manufacturing and workmanship. In this instance, the product will be replaced or repaired at no other cost other than postage to the company office at PO Box 8007, Woolloongabba, QLD 4102, Australia or PO Box 5533, Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. Any faults caused by accidents, abuse or misuse may be replaced with similar aged pieces at a charge to the customer.
Electric Skillets are guaranteed for a period of 20 years (Electric Cord for 12 months) for original purchaser only against defaults in manufacturing and workmanship. Any faults caused by accidents, abuse or misuse may be replaced with similar aged pieces at a charge to the customer.
Knives are covered for a period of 20 years for the original purchaser against defaults in manufacturing and workmanship, such as fractures in the blade. Broken knives may be replaced at 1/3 of the retail price to original purchaser only. Any faults caused by accidents, abuse or misuse may be replaced with similar aged pieces at a charge to the customer.
If any of your DineRite products are damaged or destroyed by theft or any natural disasters (floods, fires etc.) may be replaced at 50% of the retail price at the time of replacement, valid for original purchasers only. Supporting documentation will be required.
